1. Agreement

By accessing or using the YatsarHub website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

YatsarHub provides software development, content writing, technical consultancy, and software engineering training services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your project
• Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created for your project are transferred to you. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used remain the property of their respective owners. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges, communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

YatsarHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
